Where is Villa Palm Beach?
In Cap d'Agde, in the Hérault department of the South of France (Occitanie), at 7 impasse des Cortaderias, in a quiet residential area 450 metres from the beach, about a 10-minute walk.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 23: 8 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (7 showers and 1 bathtub), 9 double beds, 5 single beds, 2 cots and 4 WCs.
How much does it cost?
From €1,200 to €5,850 a week depending on the season, which is under €8 per person per night for 23 guests in low season. The price calendar calculates the exact price for your dates.
Can we book just a weekend?
Yes, depending on the season. Outside summer, the villa can be booked from 2 to 4 nights depending on the period. In summer, stays are by the week; from mid-July to late August, Saturday to Saturday only, in whole weeks (7, 14, 21 nights…). The price calendar shows the rules for each period.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, from May to September. It measures 8 × 4 m and sits in the middle of a 200 m² terrace surrounded by palms, coconut palms, banana trees and bamboo, with no overlooking neighbours.
Are cleaning and linen included?
End-of-stay cleaning (€290) is mandatory from mid-June to mid-September and optional the rest of the year. Bed linen and towels are optional: €22 per double bed, €12 per single bed.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 10 am. David welcomes you on site when you arrive.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation at least 60 days before arrival: 100% refund. Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: the 30% deposit is retained. Less than 30 days before arrival: the full price of the stay is due.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at Villa Palm Beach.
Are parties allowed?
No, parties and events are not allowed. Villa Palm Beach is in a quiet residential area, and we ask every guest to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the whole house is air-conditioned, including all 8 bedrooms. The villa also has free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a large parking area.
Can we come with a baby?
Of course. The villa has 2 cots and baby equipment.
How do payment and the security deposit work?
We first send you a contract, with the list of guests (names and ages) to fill in. A 30% deposit by bank transfer confirms the booking; the 70% balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. The €3,500 security deposit is paid on arrival and returned on departure after the check-out inspection, or within one week at the latest. Tourist tax is charged on top of the rental price.
Is the villa genuine?
Yes. Villa Palm Beach has its own Google listing, rated 4.3/5 from 23 guest reviews, and has belonged to Frédéric and Gloriana since 2017. David welcomes you on site. You are also welcome to call us before booking.

Thank you for choosing our villa. Enjoy everything it offers, with respect for the property and the neighbours.
By booking, each tenant undertakes, on their own behalf and on behalf of their entire group, to respect these rules.
Strictly forbidden
- Standing on tables and chairs, indoors and outdoors
- Climbing or jumping on sofas, sun loungers and beds
- Climbing onto the roofs
- Sitting on sofas or armchairs while wet or covered in sun cream
- Removing the protective covers from indoor sofas and chairs
- Climbing out of the pool using the underwater light or the skimmer
- Putting any products in the pool (contact David if there is a problem)
- Charcoal or electric barbecues: only the plancha provided may be used
- Using a fork or knife on the plancha: a spatula is provided
- Setting off fireworks
- Getting on or off the terrace by jumping over the wall: there are steps
- Smoking inside the villa
- Dropping ash or cigarette ends on the ground: ashtrays are provided (any cleaning or damage to the artificial lawn will be deducted from the deposit)
Good use
- Use the villa and its grounds with care and respect: any abnormal damage is deducted from the deposit
- No pets on the property
- Do not put anything in washbasins, baths, sinks or toilets that could block the pipes: repairs are charged to the tenant
- Never exceed the number of occupants stated in the contract
- Respect the neighbours: no outdoor music or pétanque before 8 am or after 11 pm, and music at a reasonable volume indoors and out; the tenant is solely responsible for any noise disturbance
- No parties or events
- Leave the house and grounds perfectly clean
